Are you a Graduate (or equivalent)?

Do you have some understanding of Marketing and Comms or a real keeness to learn?

We are looking for a very special individual to head our Marketing Division covering London & the Home counties

You will then, through creative marketing innitiatives and via telephone offer these candidates to prospective employers by highlighting their key skills, attributes and experience.

Arranging interviews, preparing candidates prior to interview and gaining feedback are all part of the role

The end result is placing candidates in temporary, contract and permanent positions that they want. There's no better feeling than seeing a candidate placed in the perfect role!

You will also have a porftolio of clients who will be demanding the best talent and expecting you to find candidates for them. Therefore, by building your portfolio of candidates and being able to offer them immediate roles you will reap the benefits.

This job is not for the faint hearted... you need drive, stamina, attention to detail, creativity, passion, tenacity and excellent communication skills.
